We have created a new website for our longterm client 110 Rochester Row, an innovative central London meeting and events space. Opting for a high-impact design, we built the site as a “one page” model, and despite this apparent limitation, the site offers a wide range of features and content to maximise brand presence and conversions. 

The majority of sales in for this B2B proposition come through specialist agents and event organisers, who need quick access to the core information, and multiple channels of communication, subject to their personal preferences. 

The brief also called for dynamic integration with social media, and the ability to guide customers through their booking options while on the phone.

Fully responsive

Despite being reasonably complex in its architecture, the one page concept was successfully implemented across target devices desktop, tablet and smartphones, with all sections being well usable whatever the screensize.

Interactive UI

We implemented a multi-level navigation (while staying inside the one-page concept) to let the site visitor browse and drill down on the venue room details and their multiple configurations.

Social Media: Tumblr Integration

For news, the client team opted to use the blogging platform Tumblr, as it means that they can re-use their blog content on the new site and easily keep it updated. It is also effective for SEO.

Social Media: Instagram feed integration

We created a direct feed from the client’s Instagram account to drive all image gallery type content, as that means only one content item entry and provides for a dynamic, SEO friendly content section.

Social Media: Posting out

A persistent tab module enables visitors to quickly “send” the site link and details to their followers, friends and contacts.


We converted and optimised a walkthrough video, which plays as a “fluid” background as you scroll through the page.


The site provides a “chat with us now” facility, to drive engagement and ultimately sales conversions from visitors.


We secured the site with its own SSL certificate (a Google preference and best practice these days) and it is hosted in our chosen datacenter on a robust and monitored secure server.
