How does it work?

This new feature lets registered Komobility users securely request a new password simply by sending a text message to our special number. It uses double authentication so even works when you have previously been locked out.

Simply notify our Support team with your UK mobile number, and we'll activate the SMS Password reset option for you!

What's the benefit?

Our system tracks a user’s login attempts, so if you get your account password wrong a few times, you may get locked out. Previously you had to contact our support team to unlock your account, but with the new authentication method by SMS text message, we can reset your password automatically, saving you time.

How to get started

In order to enable this service for your user account, we require you to confirm a valid UK mobile number to be linked it your profile. Please provide your details using the following form: https://profileupdate.kodi.me/

You can change your mobile number at any time, and also remove it later. We will not use your mobile number for any purpose other than password recovery.
