The KOMOBILITY platform connects our applications to mobile network operators for two-way data messaging and provides secure access to manage and control your services and campaigns.

Whether managing the content for an iPhone app or delivering 500k SMS for a client campaign, our dedicated servers and 24/7 connectivity ensure a professional delivery.

Physical Security.

Data centre features 24×7 security system. Customers have the protection of security barriers, 24×7x365 monitoring by onsite personnel to include verification of all persons entering the building, CCTV video camera surveillance throughout, and security breach alarms. Access to the buildings, data floors and individual areas are via individually programmed access cards, and visual identification. Power is provided with Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and standby diesel generators on site to ensure a resilient location for important infrastructure equipment.

Fire Detection & Suppression.

Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus (VESDA) is installed in the facility. These highly sensitive smoke detectors, which are linked to the Building Management System and monitored continually from a network operations centre, provide very early detection to help avoid fire, loss and business disruption.

System Security.

-    Restricted Linux distribution; this means that only the applications required are installed on our servers.

User Security.

Access to our web applications for registered users is secured via SSL certificates. Standard password routines enforce best practice such as regular password rotation, automatic logout after a period of inactivity and blocking of repeat use of password. Our systems monitor access by IP and user name and provide a log-in history per account.

Data Security

We apply rigorous best practices to all customer data handling. Our dedicated servers are managed within a ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified datacenter, and application access is via SSL certified sessions only. Daily backups of all your data are standard as are message logs and per contact history.
