Our software is intended for inhouse use and self-service, and very easy to use. However occassionally you may wish to contact us with a support query - very simple. Any user who holds an active account with one of our solutions can call us at any time, during the supported hours, for any problem you may experience. All technical support calls are dealt with by our qualified Platform Managers, with all support requests logged on the Customer Center. A ticket reference number is always provided, should future communication be necessary. Unlike many of our competitors, our support is completely inhouse with no remote call centres.
